Burner Dynamics, Inc. has recently installed four (4) new curing and drying oven burners at the Owens Corning manufacturing plant in San Jose, CA. The burners are part of the Owens Corning fiberglass production line.


November, 2008

Three more Burner Dynamics, Inc. burners have been installed at the Aleris Lewisport, KY facility on furnace No. 6. This brings to 15 the total number of burners installed and operating at this plant.


September, 2008

Two (2) Burner Dynamics, Inc. burners have been installed on aluminum holding furnace No. 1 at Alcoa's Deschambault Plant in Quebec.


March, 2008

A single test burner was recently installed in the Ball Corp. can manufacturing plant located in Golden, CO. This burner is operating on the number three pin oven and will be monitored for fuel savings and emissions reduction. This installation marks the first installation of a Burner Dynamics, Inc. burner with an integrally mounted gas and air valve specifically designed for the burner by Ace Mechanical & Enginering, Inc. of Wheat Ridge, CO.


January, 2008

Three (3) new Burner Dynamics burners have been installed on furnace No. 7 at Aleris in Lewisport, KY, as part of an installation and start up of a mass flow control system. The design of the control system and construction management was completed by Burner Dynamics, Inc. The burners are currently set at 18% less fuel than the original burners and ratio control system.


March, 2007

Burner Dynamics, Inc., successfully completed UL Certification for 400-800 horsepower fire tube boilers The company will begin marketing Boiler Burners aggressively when final UL Certification is completed.


December, 2006

Wabash Alloys LLC has recently purchased 24 Burner Dynamics Inc’s. burners to replace the existing burners on all of their aluminum melting furnaces. This purchase resulted from the successful testing of identical burners in Wabash’s Dickson, TN and Steele, AL facilities. The testing produced fuel savings greater than 15%. Work began in November 2006 and continue through the first quarter of 2007.
